Prarthana Group is one of Ranchi’s leading and fastest-growing developers. Since 2006 we have built residential and commercial property across the city and the districts around it, run on integrated cost and project management systems so every site stays on schedule and inside its budget.
Thirty-one addresses carry our name today — twenty handed over, nine under construction, two commercial developments in planning. Each is built to the same standard, whether it was our first block or our newest township.
